Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, offices, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; document information and report deviations.
• Prepare clear reports related to patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities.

As a Security Officer Perimeter Inspection in Pensacola, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 07:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting required information and reporting deviations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
