Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Foot Patrol in Pensacola, FL to safeguard clients across healthcare facilities and other sites. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, staff, and vendor entry procedures per site requirements.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate findings to leadership.

Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, staff, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
