Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer in Bradley, FL to patrol facilities, deter incidents, and protect personnel and assets at a utility location. The role requires an armed guard card/license and a valid driver’s license, with duties including access control, incident response, and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to identify hazards.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; document activity per site procedures.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner and notify responders as directed.
• Prepare reports and logs related to patrols and security activities.

• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

As an Armed Security Officer at a utility location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and response activities. This driving post requires an armed guard card/license and a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $20.20 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
