Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol X Ray Screening in Ellenwood, GA. You will monitor and patrol at a logistics location, deter unauthorized activity, and ensure a secure environment for employees and visitors.

You will verify access, respond to incidents, and document activities using required reports. The role requires unarmed patrol duties with potential for X-ray screening experience and a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related protocols at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, building interiors, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitor, and vehicle entry in accordance with site‑specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and promptly, notifying appropriate contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately in required reports or electronic reporting systems.
