Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of armed security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and delivery-related traffic.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate concerns to site leadership.
