As a Security Officer - Patrol Supportin Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use teamwork and integrity to reflect Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and reporting observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, access concerns, and other security-related observations in clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
