As a Security Officer Unarmed - Perimeter Checksin Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use clear communication and customer service skills while documenting security-related activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-­specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, including building areas, parking locations, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and driver activity, and following established entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, access activity, and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
