Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted in line with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical situations, and other events calmly and per reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and deliveries; assist with credential verification and guest direction.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused business location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery processes in accordance with site requirements, assisting with credential verification and directing guests as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
