Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Readiness in Brownsville, TX. You will protect clients in manufacturing and industrial locations, conduct patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors.

This full‑time role pays $10.00 per hour with a Tue–Sat 4:00 PM–12:00 AM schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal requirements.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
