Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and stay vigilant.
• Professional demeanor.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned site on foot or in a vehicle and check for hazards, unauthorized entries, and security violations.
• Respond to emergency situations with rapid and effective judgment and escalation.
• Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and observed issues.
