Securitas USA is hiring Security Officers to help maintain safe environments across multiple locations in the Denver metro area, including Aurora, Englewood, Centennial, Littleton, and Denver. The role emphasizes access control, patrolling, and strong customer service.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable with technology. Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus; pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership required.
• Must work independently.
• Must stay calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance.

• Able to respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and escalation.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to staff and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out other duties as assigned for the site.
