Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Flex Security Officer for multiple sites in the Denver area. The role requires availability 6am-11pm or 2pm-6am and includes training in our security solutions.

You will support client needs at Denver, Centennial, Aurora, and Englewood locations. The position emphasizes strong customer service, vigilance, and the ability to write clear incident reports. Join a team dedicated to protecting people and property with ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Above-average computer/technology skills.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass MVR.
• CPR/AED certifications are a plus but not required for every site.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for short-term special assignments.
• Support staffing at accounts during shortages due to vacations or holidays.
• Assist in startup at new accounts including site work and training checklists.
• Work weekends/holidays with limited notice; adapt to high-need periods.
• Patrol sites on foot or vehicle; check for hazards and security violations.
• Write detailed incident reports of security issues.
