Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, reporting observations to site contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, access points, entrances, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
• Complete incident reports and logs in accordance with Allied Universal requirements.

As a Security Officer Patrol Protection in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, teamwork-focused culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, vehicle access points, employee entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
