Job summary

Allied Universal in Chino, CA is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Protection to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution sites, deliver friendly customer service, monitor access points, patrol premises, and deter security incidents.

This full-time, unarmed role pays $18.00 per hour. Requirements include being 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug screen, and any state licensing as required.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, clear communication, and appropriate escalation.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports.

• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
