Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and following emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately per site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Procedures in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM Sun 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
