Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Nashville, TN, to protect a healthcare location by patrolling, controlling access, and delivering exceptional customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.

You will respond to incidents, document observations, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment while following site and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and report to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to identify issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and maintain logs of incidents.
• Support policies and procedures of Allied Universal and client site requirements.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sun: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a healthcare administrative location while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by following Allied Universal policies, client site requirements, and applicable reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
