Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors and deliveries, and maintaining entry/incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Report maintenance concerns and security observations to site leadership or supervision.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and deliveries, and maintaining accurate entry and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Report maintenance concerns, access-control issues, and other security-related observations to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
