Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Council Bluffs, IA. You will serve and safeguard clients, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a technology-focused location. Unarmed role with strong customer service and security procedures.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour. You will document activities using computers/tablets and collaborate with a team that values integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies; document and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use communication and customer service skills to address security-related concerns, document activities using computer or tablet systems, and collaborate with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
