Job summary

Allied Universal® in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Reporting (full-time) to safeguard clients and provide exceptional customer service. The role entails patrolling logistics and distribution sites, maintaining a visible presence, and following site procedures to deter incidents.

You will report security concerns, observe and document activities, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution location, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating information to site contacts and leadership.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
