Job summary

Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services, seeks a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN. This full-time, on-site role involves patrolling assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and employees.

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support site protocols.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site and Allied Universal protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to respond to security-related concerns, document observations, and work with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
