Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) for checkpoints in Lebanon, TN. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols of warehouse areas, monitor access, and respond to incidents following site protocols.

Schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. The role offers flexible shifts, access to our Shift-claiming platform, and opportunities for growth within a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
