Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• State/local security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required in compliance with law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at transportation facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas, transit facilities, and surrounding perimeters to deter incidents and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and public areas; report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document incidents as required.
• Maintain a professional presence, providing directions and assistance to the public to ensure an orderly, welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $28.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at transportation facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas, transit facilities, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, public areas, and transit-related operations; report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate emergency personnel and assist with incident documentation as required.
• Maintain a professional presence while providing directions, information, and assistance to the public, helping support an orderly and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
