As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Incident Observation in Redmond, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $24.75 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, building interiors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly, documenting incidents accurately, and assisting with emergency evacuations or other response activities when directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
