Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Documentation in Indianapolis, IN to safeguard clients across financial institutions and other sectors. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted as required by federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial services office by following security procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report unusual conditions to relevant personnel.
• Maintain a professional presence that supports a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial services office by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
