As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and support access control procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the financial institution location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
