Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Hazard Assessment in Atlanta, GA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers.

You will document observations, respond to incidents, and uphold Allied Universal’s culture of integrity, reliability, and innovation while ensuring safety and compliance across logistics and distribution sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the logistics and distribution location, including building interiors, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activity.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, package or vehicle-related concerns, facility hazards, and policy violations to help maintain orderly operations.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
