Allied Universal, Sparks, NV, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol to monitor a technology data center, deter incidents, and support access control with a strong customer-service focus. You will patrol, verify credentials, and respond to incidents, while documenting shifts and communications.

The role requires completing reports, maintaining policy compliance, and supporting a protective security presence in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $25.21 per hour, with full-time schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service and security-related procedures is preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Pay Rate: $25.21 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon - 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue - 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed - 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur - 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun - 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as assigned, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining awareness of data center operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
