Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Springfield, MO. In this full-time role you will serve clients across utilities locations, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security concerns. A valid driver's license is required and shifts include Wed-Sun afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately through required reports and communication channels.

Security Officer Patrol Driver - Springfield, MO

You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.21 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
