• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utilities location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and shift documentation related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and security-related observations.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control and badge processes, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $16.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as a Branch Flex employee.
• Must have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling as a Branch Flex employee.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
