As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Residential in Orange, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will conduct vehicle patrols throughout a residential community, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will interact professionally with residents, guests, and staff while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access-control procedures, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, guests, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming residential environment.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
