What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and report security‑related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
