Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver (Part Time) in Horicon, WI. You will serve and safeguard clients, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This unarmed, patrol-focused role offers a flexible schedule with daytime and overnight shifts. A valid driver’s license is required; alarm panel or badge experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized entry attempts or irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures and document observations.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide directions and assistance to staff, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or irregular conditions to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting observations accurately.
• Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel, providing directions and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
