Responsibilities

• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization, and maintain visitor/incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents with calm, problem-solving approach per site procedures and notify appropriate personnel or responders.
• Observe and report hazards, equipment damage, or policy violations to site management.

You will conduct routine patrols, communicate observations, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Observe and report hazards, equipment damage, facility concerns, and security-related policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
