Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Overnights in Horicon, WI to protect client sites across manufacturing and industrial locations. This unarmed role involves regular patrols, monitoring access points, responding to alarms, and maintaining a visible, customer-focused security presence.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour and a rotating overnight schedule.

Job Description

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Overnights in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, respond to security-related concerns, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations and documenting relevant information.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations or concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience using alarm panels is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
