Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Cudahy, WI. You will patrol unarmed at a manufacturing site, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service while upholding safety policies.

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet minimum age requirements; a background check and drug screen apply. Schedule includes daytime and evening shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing operations, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
