Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Site Checks in Fountain Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; communicate observations and coordinate with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive facilities, parking areas, vehicle storage locations, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct guests, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
