Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, lobbies, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry, property damage, or other security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.56 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sun 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
