Allied Universal in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Compliance Coordinator to safeguard clients in healthcare and other settings. You will conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

As a Security Officer Patrol Compliance Coordinator in Mountain View, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies, escalating unusual or prohibited activity as appropriate.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders regarding incidents and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
