Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Routine security and safety patrols of properties and structures.
• Verify and track access credentials for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure exits, doors and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to notifications, alarms and inquiries promptly.
• Provide security assistance to residents, guests and vendors.
• Report suspicious activity and incidents to authorities.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.
