Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security experience preferred.
• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Flexible schedule including availability for weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols to ensure safety and security.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and directing visitors if needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and ensure order.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras.
• Provide assistance and information to visitors and staff.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
