Qualifications

• Requires NY Security Registration Card and a valid NY driver�s license.
• Minimum 2+ years as Security Officer/Guard.
• Knowledge of local, regional, and state security guidelines.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems.
• Training in First Aid and BLS.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Routine security and safety patrol of property to deter incidents.
• Verify access credentials for residents, guests, vendors, deliveries.
• Ensure exits/doors/windows are secure and functional.
• Monitor CCTV to detect disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to alarms and investigations and assess notifications.
• Provide assistance to residents, guests and vendors as needed.
• Report incidents to Planned Security Services management daily.
