Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Badge Verification in Montebello, CA. You will monitor and protect client sites, deter incidents, control access, and deliver professional customer service within a dynamic team environment.

This full-time position in Montebello emphasizes clear communication, incident response, and accurate reporting.

• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and security concerns.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Badge Verification in Montebello, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist employees and visitors with professionalism. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $18.47 / Hour

• Wed: 01:00 PM - 09:30 PM
• Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:30 PM
• Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:30 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, shipping and receiving areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
