Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Officer to provide security detail at client sites in Augusta, GA. You will manage entrances, patrol premises, escort personnel and materials, and document incidents according to post orders.

A professional image and strong customer service are essential. Responsibilities include staying on post, greeting visitors, staying aware of revisions to post orders, reporting suspicious activity, monitoring CCTV, and adhering to emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Background and drug screen required.
• 3–6 months experience in loss prevention or related fields.
• State Guard license is required.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Maintain professional image and greet customers, visitors and employees.
• Stay updated on post order revisions and information from customer/AFS.
• Patrol property or fixed posts and report suspicious activity.
• Monitor cameras and equipment as per post orders.
• Know emergency policies and respond to alarms or incidents.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports.
• Suggest safety and loss prevention improvements.
• Know life safety systems and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Ensure training and compliance guidelines are met.
