Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Officer to provide reliable security detail and build positive relationships with customers, law enforcement, and fire departments. You will patrol buildings and perimeters, control entrances, escort materials and personnel, and maintain professional customer service.

The role requires vigilance, honesty, and a proactive attitude to stay updated on post orders and safety procedures. State Guard license is required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background and drug screen required; employment contingent on background check.
• 3–6 months minimum experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems or access control.
• State Guard license required (Andy Frain applies for this at no cost).

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Maintain professional image and greet customers, visitors and employees politely.
• Stay updated on post orders and customer information from AFS.
• Patrol premises or maintain fixed post and report suspicious activity or incidents.
• Monitor cameras and equipment as per post orders.
• Know emergency policies and respond to alarms and emergencies.
