Responsibilities include controlling entrances, patrolling, escorting personnel and materials, inspecting security and fire exposures, and completing daily reports. A State Guard license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months security or life-safety experience.
• State Guard license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Control entrances and manage traffic.
• Patrol buildings and surrounding areas.
• Escort personnel and materials.
• Inspect security and fire exposures.
• Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Communicate daily with supervisors.
