Qualifications

• 3 years security/military/law enforcement experience
• US Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain/maintain security clearance at DoW SECRET eligibility
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office (email, Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Teamwork ability
• Security experience in government facilities (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises to prevent theft, violence, and infractions
• Control access by monitoring entrances and departures
• Write detailed incident reports
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, contact authorities
• Monitor CCTV and inspect doors, windows, gates
• Provide information and assist the public in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD 705, UL standards and policies
