Ideal candidates are dependable, punctual, and professional, with strong communication skills. Training is provided, and schedules vary by client site, including full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.
• Ability to follow post orders and site procedures.
• Strong communication with clients, visitors, and site personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and stay alert during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Access control: monitor and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Patrols: conduct routine foot/vehicle patrols of assigned areas.
• Visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity: direct and report unusual activity.
• Camera and alarm monitoring: observe CCTV and respond per procedures.
• Incident response: address alarms, safety concerns, and incidents calmly.
• Reporting and documentation: maintain daily logs and incident reports.
• Post orders and safety: follow site procedures and client expectations.
• Professional presence: represent the company with professionalism.
• Team fit: collaborate with clients and colleagues to maintain safety.
