As a Security Officer Patrol in Seymour, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive manufacturing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment through routine patrols, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $13.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thu: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sun: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity records as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, patrols, and security-related activities in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
