Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Customer Care in Battleboro, NC. As an unarmed officer at a busy retail and dining location, you will monitor areas, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating professionally with guests and staff. Position Type: Full Time.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns and maintenance issues.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to site leadership and management.

• Tue 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Wed 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Thur 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of restaurant dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:
