Job summary

Virtua Health seeks a security professional to safeguard facilities, assist visitors and staff, and respond to emergencies. You will conduct weapon screening at entrances, monitor alarms and cameras, and support proper ID procedures and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years security experience preferred.
• Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties at all posts, including walking/mobile security and rounds; monitor doors, cameras and alarms.
• Use health system technology for visitor control, weapon screening, investigations, incident reports and logs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, nursing staff, security teams and law enforcement.
